As Property Manager, Barb Richardson brings to Wallace Properties her years of experience in commercial property management and tenant/leasing coordination for regional developers and skills acquired in site acquisition and leasing for major retailers.

Prior to joining Wallace Properties, Barb worked with TRF Pacific and was responsible for managing commercial properties throughout the Greater Seattle area.  Tenants included Whole Foods, Total Wine & More, Uwajimaya, Starbucks, Chipotle, UW Specialty Medical Clinic and numerous others. 

As a part of the new store development team for Safeway in the Pacific Northwest and Longs Drugs and Orchard Supply Hardware in the Bay area, Barb has developed new and replacement store strategy, located sites and negotiated leases and acquisitions throughout the West Coast, Hawaii and Alaska.

Barb has developed strong industry relationships and looks forward to building her portfolio with Wallace Properties.
