Bob brings over 32 years of experience to Wallace Properties as a commercial real estate broker specializing in investment properties and land sales since 1987. Bob has been extensively involved in the sale and marketing of investment properties with several large commercial companies.

Sold numerous bank owned properties for lenders, including the RTC (Resolution Trust Corporation), in the early 1990's through 2012.

Bob's top closed transactions include 1800 Terry Avenue, a 31-story condo site that sold for $15,600,000; SeaTac Plaza that sold for $6,550,000, Seattle's Hostess Bakery that sold for $5,600,000 and Bellevue Rare Coin for $5,050,000.

Bob received his BS in Botany from Ohio State University and currently resides in Bellevue.
