Kevin Wallace oversees all development and acquisition activity for the company. He is also responsible for all legal matters for the company’s three divisions: Brokerage, Property and Asset Management and Investment/Development. 

Wallace Properties builds sustainable, transit-oriented mixed-use development projects in urban centers throughout the Puget Sound region. Kevin and his team have developed several award-winning projects including Citizen, a LEED Silver, 107-unit project in the Pike/Pine Triangle of the Capitol Hill neighborhood; 507 Northgate and 525 Northgate which together contain 428 apartment units and 80,000 square feet of retail space; The Eddy, 130 units with 14,500 SF of retail leased to Bartell Drug in the Green Lake neighborhood; and most recently Prism, 134 units with 4 live/work lofts in Northgate. 

Kevin began his career as a Real Estate Attorney at K&L Gates in 1997, moving to Foster Pepper in 2001.  

Active in a variety of civic endeavors, he is a native of Bellevue, where he served on the Bellevue City Council and lives with his wife Natalie and three sons, Gabe, Garrett and Zachary.

Citizen

Citizen of the Pike/Pine is a Class A mixed use, transit-oriented apartment and retail project in the Pike/Pine Triangle of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

507 AT THE ENCLAVE

507 at The Enclave was completed in 2009. Located on the corner of NE Northgate Way and 5th Avenue NE, it consists of 55,000 square feet of retail space and 163 apartment units over an underground parking garage.

525 at the Enclave

525 at the Enclave is a mixed use building with 265 apartment units, 267 parking stalls, and 24,663 square feet of retail space.

47+7

47+7 is the first apartment building constructed with the Sustainable Living Innovations system, a patent-pending building technology.

The Eddy

The Eddy at Green Lake Village is a Class A mixed-use, apartment, and retail project in the heart of Seattle's Green Lake Neighborhood.

Prism

Prism is 138 Class A apartment units, with 122 parking stalls that was completed in May of 2019.

Green Lake North

Green Lake North completes the development of property at Green Lake Village. It is currently under construction, with a targeted occupancy date in September of 2024.
