Before joining the Property Management team at Wallace Properties, Valorie was with Rosen Properties managing in excess of 660,000 square feet of commercial office, industrial and retail properties throughout the Puget Sound area. Her widespread budgeting expertise spread across 14 properties and three associations. Additionally, she managed capital projects of $2 million dollars.   

Prior to Rosen Properties, she worked at KMS and was involved in operations management and the management of tenant improvements in a portfolio that included over 23 properties totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet.

Valorie’s extensive commercial real estate experience also includes leasing, having negotiated leases with tenants such as PacMed, Isernio’s, Azteca, Fineline, Fuji, T-Mobile and Starbucks. 

In addition to her property management and commercial real estate experience, Valorie has over 10 years experience as an EMT and fire fighter in various fire departments and continues to volunteer.
