Northgate Phase III The Project has 132 units of wood-frame apartments above a concrete podium containing 6 concrete apartments and 122 structured parking stalls. Northgate III is 138 Class A apartment units, currently under construction, and scheduled to be complete in May of 2019. The project is funded by a group of local equity investors and a loan from Washington Federal. Northgate III complements The Enclave, which is located within the same block and contains 435 apartments and 80,000 square feet of retail anchored by 24 Hour Fitness and Total Wine.
