Northgate Phase III

The Project has 132 units of wood-frame apartments above a concrete podium containing 6 concrete apartments and 122 structured parking stalls. The 138 apartment units will be Class A, sized and designed to complement the Northgate area. Construction is scheduled to commence in August, 2017, initially funded by equity. Construction financing would need to be in place by October 1 in order to maintain the construction schedule. Lease-up is scheduled to commence in April, 2019, and stabilization by the end of that year.
