Citizen of the Pike/Pine is a Class A mixed use, transit-oriented apartment and retail project in the Pike/Pine Triangle of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.  The Project received a LEED Silver designation from the USGBC, and includes electric vehicle charging stations, and other environmentally friendly amenities and construction techniques. 

The 107 apartment units and 6,000 square feet of retail were built on a lot of only 18,000 square feet.  The project is within walking distance of the future Capitol Hill light rail station and has a rare 100 rating from walkscore.com.  20% of the apartment units are rent restricted to be affordable to renters earning 80% of median income.  Catering to the tech sector, the project boasts the fastest internet data service on Capitol Hill.  Banner Bank anchors the retail. 

Construction commenced in February 2011.  The project team delivered the building on time and under budget.  Opening April 2, 2012, the apartments achieved 95% occupancy in less than four months.  Class A, LEED Silver, mixed use multi-family project in Capitol Hill.
