Sondra Skinner has been in property management since 1994. She joined Wallace Properties, Inc. in 2002 and is the primary assistant to Felicia Tsao and Roxanna Miller, and assists other property managers as needed. Before joining the Company, Sondra worked as a residential property manager, as well as for the State of Idaho for 14 years. She was active within the McCall Area Chamber of Commerce in Idaho, where she and her husband also owned and operated a resort property management company.

When Sondra is not making sure properties are running smoothly, she is actively involved with raising two grandsons and enjoying three granddaughters who live nearby.
