As President and owner of The Jade Group, Ltd., and Vice President and Broker of Northstream Properties, Inc., she has had experience in asset management and daily management functions of a variety of commercial property types. Candace was also Vice President of Commercial Management and Bellevue Branch Manager for Pacific Cities, Inc., and had personal responsibility for over 800,000 square feet of commercial properties and supervision of four property managers and support staff. Her real estate career began in 1981 and has also included participation in development of office buildings and marina management. Candace has served as an expert witness and as a lecturer for the Seattle University Entrepreneurial School, focusing on retail and office leasing strategies. |
