Kate Hasz joined Wallace Properties, Inc. in May of 2006. As a Property Manager, she manages a real estate portfolio comprised of retail shopping centers, mixed-use retail and office buildings in the greater Seattle/Bellevue area. She is responsible for managing tenant relations and conflict resolution, assisting building owners in strategic planning, negotiating lease renewals, annual budgeting and maximizing the financial performance of each commercial property.

Prior to joining Wallace Properties, Kate was the Director of Real Estate for Tully’s Coffee Corporation with over 100 West Coast retail locations in the portfolio. She was responsible for site selection, lease negotiations, facilitating landlord/tenant relations, conflict resolution and all lease management issues.

Between the years 1990-1995, Kate was a licensed Washington State Real Estate Appraiser with Hoppes & Associates and Appraisal Group of the Northwest. She valued commercial properties for both the private and public sector, estimated “just compensation”, provided rental surveys and assisted in right-of-way acquisitions.
