She earned the Company’s “Top Producer” award in 2009 for transaction volume. Currently, Ann is working on a new medical development near Seattle Children’s Hospital in Bellevue and handles the Overlake Hospital corporate leasing account. Maximizing commercial real estate asset value is Ann’s primary focus. She applies her knowledge and expertise in finance and marketing to target and attract the appropriate tenant mix for her clients’ existing and new development projects. Through the late 1990s and early 2000s, Ann pioneered some of the first and most successful mixed-use developments in Downtown Bellevue, working closely with development teams of attorneys, contractors, architects, lenders and owners to complete facility lease-up. Ann, who earned her MBA from University of Colorado in 1990, has been active with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) for more than 10 years. In addition, she has completed the association’s advanced courses on planning and financing commercial and mixed-use development projects. |
