Retired as President and Managing Broker, Joan Wallace is a principal in the Company. She participates in establishing policy and coordinating long range planning and operational objectives. With over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate arena, Joan continues to participate in joint venture and sole ownership acquisitions. Her past involvement in the brokerage of shopping centers, mixed-use properties, commercial condominiums, office buildings and medical facilities provides a rich background for her new role. A native of Newfoundland, Canada, Joan values her relationships in the community as the primary reward for services rendered.
