While co-managing a portfolio of 32 properties alongside the President of the Property Management division, Chelsea Dunckley works with the Property Managers to ensure that the daily operations of their portfolios are handled professionally, with an emphasis on customer service. Chelsea also works with vendors and tenants to resolve any issues that may arise. Her responsibilities include working side by side with the Property Managers and the accounting department to complete the team approach to managing the portfolios. Her portfolio currently consists of 30+ properties. She is proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as Timberline Accounting Software.

A graduate of Seattle Pacific University with degrees in European Studies and Business, Chelsea brings with her a strong background in customer service and business to the Company. She applies her professionalism and skills in communication, problem solving, multi-tasking and research to the benefit of our clients.
