Sarah Norquist works alongside the Company’s Property Managers in providing a team approach to managing clients’ portfolios. Some of her duties include lease administration, managing the day-to-day operations of the properties and liaising between vendors, contractors and tenants. She also works with the accounting department at Wallace Properties in tenant receivables and other financial reports for the Property Managers’ portfolios.  

Sarah is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University’s School of Business. Prior to joining Wallace Properties, she worked in Washington Mutual’s Community and External Affairs Division as a Marketing Associate. Sarah brings with her a strong background in sales, marketing and customer service to the Company.  She applies her professionalism and communication skills to the benefit of the Company’s clients and tenants.

Sarah was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, she enjoys running, snowboarding, traveling and cooking.
