As an integral part of the Accounting team at Wallace Properties, Inc., Michelle Evanson is responsible for various accounting duties for over 15 properties, including 507 Northgate, the first mixed-use development in the Northgate area in the past 10 years. Her responsibilities include accounts payable, processing cash receipts and preparing monthly financial reports for owners.

Prior to joining the Company, Michelle was a Senior Tax Accountant for WTAS, LLC, and assisted in wealth transfer planning strategies and evaluated complex tax compliance issues for primarily high net-worth individuals. While with WTAS, she received the firmwide Quarterly Award for Excellent Performance and Dedication in Fall of 2006.

Michelle is a Seattle native who recently moved back to the Pacific Northwest after living 6 years in Silicon Valley. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking and skiing.
