Ann Bishop joined Wallace Properties, Inc. in 1996 and has been involved in more than 50 sales and lease transactions during the last two years alone. She consistently ranks in the Company's "Top Producer" category for transaction volume. Ann specializes in office building sales and leasing, representing Landlord's and Tenants, Sellers and Buyers. She also offers expertise in healthcare real estate.
Maximizing commercial real estate asset value is Ann's primary focus. She applies her knowledge and expertise in finance and marketing to target and attract the appropriate tenant mix for her clients' existing and new development projects.
On the tenant/buyer-representation side of the equation, Ann's analytical skills bring perspective to her clients. She first completes a carefull assessment of her client's business objectives, expectations and decision methodology. She then presents data in a way that simplifies the decision process so that tenants and buyers can more accurately and effectively compare and understand their lease or purchase options.
Ann, who earned an MBA in finance from University of Colorado in 1990, has been active with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) for more than 20 years. In addition, she has completed the association's advanced courses on planning and financing commercial development projects.
Ann travels nationally, representing Washington state interests in planning and policy affecting commercial real estate assets.
