Christine has over 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate both in Brokerage and Property Management.  Christine epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service.  Her experience in managing over 1,000,000 SF of office, industrial, biomedical and retail has provided expertise in strategic planning, transaction management and financial structure for various types of properties for Tenants and Owners.

Christine’s primary focus is building and maintaining relationships with her Clients.  Her background with Owners and Tenants provides perspective that enables her to strategize and achieve Clients goals. Top closed transactions include North Creek Teach Center 4 that sold for $17,400,000.

Christine graduated with a B.A. from Seattle University with a minor in ethics.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids traveling, camping and golf.
