Property Management Assistant


Kristin Miller joined Wallace Properties in 2021 and brings years of experience as an administrative assistant, bookkeeper and project manager to the position of Property Management Assistant.

Kristin supports the property management team in their day-to-day activities, managing various types of properties. She also assists in rent collections, vendor and project management, tenant and vendor correspondence, insurance coordination and documentation management. She is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, paying attention to details and bringing creativity to projects. Kristin strives to ensure every tenant and vendor relationship is well served.

Outside of Wallace Properties, Kristin enjoys spending time with family and friends, and delights in all things outside.
