Lauren Clark

Assistant Property Manager


Lauren is currently in the role of Property Management Assistant.  She provides facilities and administrative support for a portfolio containing 26 properties. 

Lauren began her career in property management upon moving to Seattle from Atlanta in 1999.  She worked on a temporary basis with Collier’s International and knew she’d found the right fit for her.  In short order, she was hired by First Winthrop Corporation as the Assistant Property Manager for Seattle Tower and Opportunity Building.  Within the year she was promoted to Property Administrator where she oversaw the day to day facilities and operations for both properties. 

Prior to joining Wallace Properties, Lauren worked for Cascade Pacific Real Estate Services.  Lauren worked directly with the owner of Cascade in providing property management services for a portfolio containing 16 properties that included commercial, residential and medical tenants.  She oversaw all repairs and maintenance items to make sure her tenants had a comfortable work environment, as well as handled daily administrative duties for the office and support staff.  

Lauren is respected for her deep background in understanding building systems, office, and facility management and in her aptitude in interpreting lease language.  She provides exceptional customer service to tenants in her portfolio and is known for her proactive and responsive approach in handling facility issues. 

Lauren enjoys spending time with her son, husband and four-legged children.  She also enjoys traveling throughout the United States.   Lauren and her husband have trekked across the United States three times and she hopes to continue discovering the country and all its wonders.
