Administrative Assistant

Natalie Folks recently joined the property management team in the role of Administrative Assistant. Natalie is responsible for supporting the property management team in a wide array of duties including scheduling maintenance and repairs, corresponding with vendors and tenants, AR management, filing and general administrative duties.

Natalie has an extensive background is customer service, training and supervising from her many years in the restaurant business. She worked for Red Robin and quickly became one of their trainers at the Issaquah location. At Big Fish Grill, she was a shift supervisor and responsible for training and maintaining company policies and standards. Natalie has developed strong conflict resolution and communication skills and she looks forward to transferring her prior learning to the real estate field.

A non-Seattle native, she moved to Washington in 2011 from Arizona and fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. Natalie has two adorable cats and spends her spare time watching soccer (Go Sounders!), dabbling a little in photography and going on outdoor adventures in our beautiful state.
