Office Administrator


Ricardo is the Office Administrator for the Wallace Properties team. He is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including assisting the executive team, managing the workflow of the office, and being the direct point of contact for all incoming inquiries regarding Wallace Properties.

With several years of administrative and clerical experience in the medical and educational field, Ricardo demonstrates a hard work ethic, discretion, persistence, and flexibility when coordinating information from internal and external clients to our property managers in a time-efficient manner. Combine Ricardo’s work ethic with his excellent communication skills, determination, and technical competency; and we have a well-rounded individual that we are proud of representing here at Wallace Properties.

Prior to joining Wallace Properties, Ricardo had previously worked as a Campus Liaison for Charter College – Yakima and a Technical Support Specialist for Nintex Global, USA here in Bellevue.

Ricardo is a Yakima native who now resides in South Seattle near Georgetown. He is an avid NBA fan and in his spare time, enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
