Spencer Norris joined Wallace Properties in 2023 as Executive Vice President of Property Management. He brings to the table a track record of developing and leading high-performance management teams, on behalf of his clients, on some of the most complex and high-profile assets in the region. His diverse level of experience includes class A high-rise, Main & Main retail, brokerage, project management and a strong emphasis on property finance & operations and building relationships.

Prior to joining Wallace Properties, Spencer was with CBRE for the past 10 years, most recently serving as Director of Property Management on the Amazon Account.  Mr. Norris oversaw property management services for the Amazon Owned HQ1 Campus in South Lake Union and Denny Triangle, which consists of 20 properties, 6.2 million square feet including a management, finance and engineering team of over 100.  Prior to joining the Amazon Account, Spencer led CBRE’s Amazon Leased portfolio, which totals approximately 4 million square feet of office space, leased and occupied by Amazon, across 11 properties and 7 investor clients.  As the single-point-of-contact for the Amazon Leased portfolio, he drove consistency of service delivery across all property management teams, as well as acted as liaison between Amazon and the landlords.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Norris spent 9 years with Pinnacle Commercial on the Goodman Real Estate portfolio, managing assets across the Puget sound region.  In addition to property management, Mr. Norris also spent several years in commercial and residential brokerage, with Pacific Real Estate Partners and CB Bain Associates, respectively.
