507 at the Enclave 507 at The Enclave was completed in 2009. Located on the corner of NE Northgate Way and 5th Avenue NE, it consists of 55,000 square feet of retail space and 163 apartment units over an underground parking garage. A significant milestone in the revitalization of the Northgate Urban Village, 507 at The Enclave lead the effort to turn Northgate into a walkable urban center. Wallace Properties, Inc. developed the project in a joint venture with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.
The residential portion of the project is designed to condominium standards with specialized construction techniques to reduce noise transfer between units and have designer finishes. The retail portion of 525 at The Enclave is 100% leased. Anchored by 24 hr Fitness, and including Masala Indian Cuisine and Jimmy Johns, the retail makes a wonderful amenity for the residents, as well as the entire community.
